Hi everyone! Another week has passed and we meet again 😯🤣. How are things with you? Today I was uploading my daily quote to Instagram and I thought: Why not do a blog post where I write a bit about why I do it? 🤔
It’s simple really, since the 16th of February 2026 I have uploaded a motivational quote a day to my Instagram stories. I think I’ve only missed less than 7 times and I try not to choose quotes that dictate how people should feel because there is no right or wrong way to go about life as it’s different for everybody.
I’ve gotten into a habit of picking out a quote on Pinterest the day before I upload them when I get in bed at night and I’m quite thorough, I only go with things that I connect with but I try to keep to relatable topics. It’s gotten to the point where I think I’m running out of quotes to pick from on Pinterest but there always seems to be one that I resonate with and hope that others will to. I want to create a cosy space for people and I hope this does that.
I don’t know what people go through in their day to day life’s but I keep my fingers crossed that these quotes bring a boost of energy or a smile to someone’s day. I love when people hit like on the stories as it makes me feel like someone was impacted and they needed that today! ✨️ Thats why I do it and now I feel guilty if I don’t which is what happened when I went to a concert at the beginning of the month (Katseye) – that night a quote went up SUPER late! 🤣 Life gets in the way but I’mma still show up sooner or later!
But yeah, thats the long and short of why I upload a quote a day! A healthy handful of obligation and wanting to add to someone’s day! 😁😂 It would be super cool to see you over there if you’re not there already, right now I’m just as in the blue as you about what quote will be posted tomorrow…we’ll have to find out together!
