Is this controversial? 🫣

Hi everyone! Welcome to the blog on a day when I’m in the mood to answer a prompt that is so far away from reality that I’m guessing it will help us all just escape a little 💫. Ready for it? Here it is:

Do you think humans will ever colonize Mars? What would life there actually look like?

I know humans are curious but no matter how cool I think space is and how much I’d love to know about it, I don’t think traveling through the ozone layer that much to send so many people over is safe for the planet – there I said it! Is that controversial? 🫣🤐 Am I even right in thinking that happens? 🤣 But then again, if I was given the chance to go to space I would want to do it so I’m contradicting myself but I dont think no matter how advanced things get I would ever have the chance to go because of my health as I hear you have to fit certain criteria to go. Would you go to space if it were in your control? 🌌

Another factor is that I also feel like humans would ruin other planets which is a big factor as to why I believe aliens don’t want anything to do with us. Yes thats right, I believe in aliens, sue me 🤣. I reckon aliens are aware of us and that already makes them smarter than us because that means they have the power to remain hidden.

Theres so much to this! It’s so easy to go down a rabbit hole and try to find things out. Science is so advanced. I think people will be colonising mars way sooner than my teleportation invention in this post, thats for sure. It’s a tricky one! If I had to describe what life on Mars would look like tho, as the prompt asks, I would say we would be in a massive dome that allows humans to breathe safely instead of us all having to wear helmets (it would kind of be like the dome in the Gone series by Michael Grant but without the disappearing people as if people started disappearing on Mars that would be super freaky!! 🤣).

Supplies would be limited and you wouldn’t be able to take a lot of stuff with you. The area would be heavily guarded and there would be a strict curfew. Why does that make me think of the coronavirus lockdowns? 🤯 Maybe this isn’t as far away in the future as I think it will be! What about you? What do you believe will happen?
