Opening fortune cookies ✨️

Hi everyone! How are you? 💗 what’s that? You don’t take sugar with your tea? We’re reading fortune cookies, not tea leaves! 🫖 A few weeks ago my sister treated me to a bag of fortune cookies and I thought it would be fun to share what was written in them! There were six in total but I shared many of them with family and opened 3 myself.

A few of them were the same fortunes (we got 3 that were the exact same) but the cookie itself tasted nice, kinda like ginger, so it was okay! 🤣 I wanted to share my fortunes with you guys, maybe you’ll get a share in the luck, you never know! Here they are:

“You will always succeed in convincing the others” – who could it mean?? 😯 you? 🤔🤣 Have I convinced you to do anything lately? A cool fortune! Plz ignore my dusty cookie fingers! 😬
“An unexpected visitor will bring good news you have been waiting for” – I just checked my journal to see if I had any unexpected visitor-like things occur recently and I’m stumped! I didn’t have any unexpected visitors but I have had good news in little ways that have brightened my days ✨️. Plz ignore my fluffy leggings 😬
“Next sunny day will be lucky for you” – This was actually a pic of my mums one as I couldn’t find the picture of mine but we got the same on separate days! Kinda annoying but a nice fortune all the same 🤣. It’s the kinda fortune that could come true for anyone but sunny days have been nice so maybe it came true? Plz ignore the…..dog bowl? 🤔🤣

And there we have it! Have you ever had a fortune that came true? I’d love, love, LOVE to know! I’ve had tarot cards feel accurate and horoscopes, maybe I should do a tarot card reading on the blog one day! They bring a sense of peace 💫. Okay so! I’ve gotta go but I hope you got a little kick outta seeing these fortunes, I sure did!

    Several years ago I bought 20+ fortune cookies from Bulk Barn and opened all of them to see what the fortunes were. I wrote them all down and then lost the note. It was supposed to end up as a blog post lol so I find your blog post very fitting.

      1. There’s a store called Bulk Barn that sells them. Same fortune cookies as the ones from the restaurant! To be fair, you live in a much cooler country than me (I wish I lived there)

        If I ever do find that note, I’ll send it your way. ☺️
