Books I got from the library! 📚 #3

Hi everyone! I’m guessing if you clicked on this post then you like books? Well then we are like-minded individuals because I can’t get enough of them! Let’s be friends 🤣📚. So! The other day I went to the library and I picked up some books, the last time I did one of these library posts was in September of last year HERE but I thought it would be a fun way to continue documenting the books I pick up so here we are!

Okay so if I’m going to be getting back into this series then I’ve gotta be honest with you….I currently have 25 books out from the library 😬🙈. I know its mad and if you’re wondering how I can do that then I’ll admit, my mum gave me her library card 🤣. I also have my dad’s but my parents have more books than I do on that card (I’m really trying here to make it so that all of the books on my dads card belong to my parents! Getting closer every day 😂).

Oh, I decided to rename this series! Before it was called “what I got from the library “, not a big difference but I thought would mention it anyway 🤣. Now on with the post! When I last wrote in this series I shared so many books but this trip to the library I only picked up four new reads so let’s take a look at them!

All of these books were published since 2021, I love that the library gets in newer books!! I’ve already read so many books that came out last year and I still get shocked when I check and books say 2023 on them!

I grabbed Three Bullets because I’d been wanting to get it before but I didn’t have enough space on the card so I was very happy to see it again after all this time! I’ve read another Melvin Burgess book before and I remember really enjoying it. Let me Google it to find the name of it, it we called….The Hit! Couldn’t not get this one too, I hope its as good if not better than that one.

I started another Kaylynn Bayron book (Cinderella is Dead) and was really enjoying it so I knew to pick up this one as the cover is killer!! I will admit, I couldn’t get into her other book, This Poison Heart tho. If I see it again I might pick it up as I don’t think I gave it a fair chance tbh.

The Bones of Me was the first book I picked up and its written in verse/prose so it got my attention right away! I can’t wait to read it 🙌.

Last but by no means least is the book that I have right beside me as I think I’m going to start reading it next: All the Better to See You which it’s obvious is a take on red riding hood! I haven’t read many fairytale spinoffs but I enjoy them when I do so I hope this one’s good!
