Testing out a YouTube recipe! πŸ‘©πŸ½β€πŸ³

Hi everyone! How was your week? πŸ’— Today’s post is a quick one, I won’t lie 🀣. At the beginning of the week I was looking up recipes using tofu on YouTube as we had some firm tofu in the fridge and also because I wanted to use YouTube productively for once πŸ˜‚ and I found a recipe for marinated tofu. This one to be exact:

It looked delicious and super simple to make so I did just that! And following the chefs idea I served it on a wrap but added raita, sriracha sauce, chopped cucumbers and coriander. I think the sriracha really made it tbh! My taste wasn’t fully back as like I mentioned in my last post, I had covid (I’m negative today!!) but it was still very delicious and I would 100% recommend it!

Where do you get your recipes from? Do you like to cook? (Maybe I should have asked that first 🀣). At the beginning of the year I collected loads of really good recipes from library books but more recently I’ve been looking online. I love to cook but I don’t always enjoy what I make as I’m done with it by the time I’ve made it πŸ˜‚ but I make a killer curry I tell you! Maybe I should share the recipe on here? πŸ€” There’s two, one is from a book and the other is just a pataks jar recipe but they’re both soooo good. I can’t fully claim the jar one as it’s from a damn jar but I still do claim it 🀣.
