Hi everyone! Guess who’s back!?…..wait that wasn’t a difficult question 🤣. So! there has been a change of plans, instead of sharing more books I got from the library like I mentioned I would be doing last week in my library haul post, today I’d like to share the food I’ve made recently instead as it’s more friendly on my media space usage 😅 (I used up way too much on my last post!). The last time I shared the food I’ve made recently it went down well with you guys so I’m very excited to be showing you more dishes I’ve served up in the last week or so, let us begin:
Smoky squash soup with roasted almonds

Sweet potato tikka masala

Curry house jalfrezi

Aubergine Katsu

Sweetcorn fritters

And there goes another week of cooking up a storm!! Thanks for checking out this post, I really appreciate that you took time out of your day to do so! Let me know in the comments what you’ve made recently too, i cant wait to here it! I’ll see you again next week but until then I hope you have the best weekend ever, stay safe, take care and buh-bye! ✨️💕xx
Your positive attitude toward cooking, even when a dish doesn’t turn out as expected, is commendable. It’s all part of the learning process, and it’s wonderful that your parents enjoyed the sweetcorn fritters.
