🍂 An Autumnal Acrostic Poem! 🍁

Acorns piled up high

Underneath a golden roof of leaves we like to call a tree

Taking a picture and failing to capture the moment, yet still we try

Up climbs a leaf in the breeze cascading, its beautiful to see

Making a run for a pile, an explosion of leaves, in it I lie

‘Never leave me Autumn’, I plea.

Hi everyone! I hope this post finds you well 🧡. With all of the Autumn stuff out in shops I take it the season is already upon us (there’s festive stuff out too but we’ll let that slide, we all know Christmas doesn’t begin until after my birthday 😊🤣). I really wanted to write a simple poem for Autumn so an Acrostic seemed like the perfect fit! I made it a bit harder for myself by making every second line rhyme!! It’s all for a good cause (you guys! 😂). My grammar isn’t the best but there you go! I hope you liked it!! 🍂
