My Bullet Journal: The edition where June was a one page kinda thing! 😂🌇

Hi everyone! 😝 How has your week been? 🌞 As you can probably tell by the title of this post, I only did ONE page of my bullet journal spread for June 😅. I’m only just getting round to sharing a picture even though I drew it back at the end of May and I really like it so I thought I wouldn’t let the fact that it’s not a full on spread stop me from showing it to you guys! I think if anything, altho it shows that more was not possible, it also highlights that I still tried ✨. My sister who is a dab hand at photography took a picture of the page for me like she did with last months layout and drumroll please, if you will……🥁……Ta daaa! 🪄

I used crayola crayons in an attempt to create an ombre effect that makes me think of the sunset! 🌇😍 Ontop of that I carefully wrote June as you know how crayon tries it’s hardest to make even the most reliable of pens dry out 🤣. It kind of puts the image of a rainbow into my mind as well which is apt as it’s pride month too! 🌈 I like how at the top it kind of looks like paint even tho I used crayon all over, it’s like an illusion 😂. Shout-out to the beautiful plants that are growing too, can’t not do that 🌷.

Even tho I didn’t get to do an entire spread for the month, I think this page has a calmness to it and I’m not even just saying that 🙌. I’ll soon (hopefully, god-damn-it) go on to draw up something for July and when I see this lil focus on June it’ll represent what was still a month, even if it was skipped in it’s entirety 🤷🏽‍♀️. The acknowledgment will make it not feel so bad moving on and I soooo wanna move on because I don’t want to have to stop and have a journalling hiatus again phew 🤣.

So yeah! A page is a page is a page but it can be meaningful too when you’re glad it’s there to show for something/a moment in time and I’d like to thank you for checking it out! 😉 Of course, I’ve got a question before sending you off on your way:
