Hi everyone! Spring has finally started here in Ireland and I’m here for it, even if the weather isn’t ๐คฃ๐ฆ. Where abouts are you and is it Spring too? ๐ Sooo, I have caught the flu from my sister ๐. What a way to welcome in the season! ๐ I’ve been looking back at my tips for when you have the flu post and am going to see how fast I can make it disappear like KABOOM ๐ถโ๐ซ๏ธ. The virus has only just arrived and of course I’m ready to see it go, especially so I can make the most of the new season!
Even before the flu my chronic pain hasn’t been the best but I was coping so I’m going to treat my body like the temple it is and hope for the best (I guess we should be treating it that way anyway, just needed a reminder! ๐คฃ).
I’m very excited for Spring! What made me realise that it had arrived was waking up to the sound of my dad cutting the grass, this always brings back so many memories of fresh days, getting up and just feeling so alive! (Not that I wasn’t alive before…I’m not like a zombie or anything ๐ ๐). What are you looking forward to? When I get better I wanna do some spring cleaning because it just makes more sense to me to leave it until now ๐๐คฃ and I’m looking forward to wearing lighter items of clothing, not needing a coat all of the time and just getting out in the garden more which started last week so I was on a roll before the flu set in! ๐ซ
Have you got any tips to help beat the flu? I’d be so grateful to know them!
I’m gonna go now, this was just a quick midweek post so I’ll see you again on Saturday but until then, stay safe, take care and buh-bye! I hope you have a wonderful season ๐ธ
I love hearing about the seasons changing abroad. Enjoy spring! ๐ธ ๐น

It’s neat to hear about how other countries are in different seasons! Thank you, you too! โบ๏ธ๐ธ
