The breeze ruffling trees
It sounds so therapeutic
I’mma stay outside.
Damn straight I said I’mma! ๐คฃ The first line of this Haiku came from a note I made on my phone as I tend to type out things that are nice and that I want to remember and I realised at the time that it was 5 syllables so I stored it away to use in a Haiku at a later date and here we are! ๐
For those of you who don’t know, a Haiku is a poem where the first line has 5 syllables, the second has 7 and the last has 5 again! I feel like I should explain that as there was a time when I had no idea so it makes for a better reading experience (even tho it’s a short poem ๐คฃ).
You know when all you can hear is the wind whipping through all the leaves on trees and it just feels so magical, enchanting and calming? That’s the vibe I want to capture in a bottle and have everybody drink whilst they read this haiku ๐๐. What is a feeling you’d like to grab ahold of and ship out so that more people get to feel it?
I’ve gotta scoot now (is that how you spell it?), but I’ll be back again next Friday! I hope you have a really lovely week until then and get to go outside into nature! ๐ I should also throw in there that I hope the weather is good where you are too! You never know how others are experiencing it but I hope it’s a sunny one for you โ or if its rainy, enjoy those puddle rings! I love puddle rings ๐คฃ. Okay okay I’ll go now. Buh-bye! ๐
