My Bookstagram Posts! 📸 #1

Hi everyone! Welcome back to my little corner of the web…..and I mean worldwide web, I ain’t no spider 🕸🤣. I’m happy you’re here with me 💗. Recently I announced that I was from here on out dedicating my Instagram account to all things books and some of you mentioned you don’t have an insta account so I thought why not share the posts here with you today so you still get to see them! ✨️ So far I’ve posted 8 times and it’s looking like my schedule is every second day. I’m really REALLY enjoying it so far and love scouring the search bar for more bookish accounts. It’s super fun and I feel like I’ve tapped into a whole other side of Instagram through embarking on this venture. I’ve gotten chatting with some lovely people about the books we’re reading and it’s just really nice 🫶. Now! Let me share with you the photos and mini reviews (under some) that I’ve posted:

And there we have it! I hope you enjoyed seeing my Bookstagram posts. I’m looking forward to sharing more! Also I did a thing….I set my reading goal of the year at 100 🤭. I know, I know it’s a lot but I really feel like I can make it and I’m just loving each and every trip to the library I take. I’ve read 6 books already which isn’t bad…it’s not fantastic but it ain’t bad 🤣.

Anyway! What are you reading at the moment? Be sure to let me know, I love hearing about what other people are getting lost in! 📚

I’ll be back again next week but if you miss me before then, I’ll be over on Instagram here chatting about all things books!! ✨️ Stay safe, take care and buh-bye! 👋💕xx

  1. I’ve recently finished a couple of books so I only have one book on the go at the moment and that is Waltzing with Witches by Hazel Mack and so far I’m really enjoying it. I think I will be picking up A Heart Restored by Elizabeth Maddrey very soon though.

  2. Thank you so much for this post! I’m not on Instagram so I’m happy I can catch your posts here. 6 books in one month is phenomenal! I’m sure you’ll get to 100 without issues. And yes, I’ve cried while reading a book many times. I tend to like books that are rather emotional (think WW2, for example) so I do cry when reading them. Since becoming a mom, anything with kids absolutely destroys me. As for the books you’ve shown, I’ve only read Things We Never Got Over. I don’t remember it at all but have checked and gave it one star 😂 as for Taylor Jenkins Read, I’ve only read The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, which I loved. I’ve been meaning to read more of her books so I might pick up Carrie Soto is Back. I’m currently reading two books, a memoir called Butter Side Up, Thank God and The Angry Wife by Pearl S. Buck. I’m a bit bored with both, to be honest. Looking forward to your next post ❤️
