Hello everyone!
I’m confused as to whether or not it feels like there was a big time gap between my January Favourite’s and this post ๐ค๐ I’ve heard quite a few people say that the month took a lot out of them. February most definitely went by fast for me, it started off with a cold (I think the vaccine made it feel more like a cold than a flu so that’s GOOD), It SNOWED (I was unexplainably happy but it was not easy to have a driving lesson in a completely different car than usual whilst it was happening โ๏ธ๐) and then I met a celebrity (read on if you want to know who! ๐ That’s honestly all I’ve got to give ๐). Let me tell you about it:
The Podcasts I’ve loved!
Ahhh I’ve really enjoyed listening to Podcasts, quite a few have caught my attention and I’m forever searching for more (you can never have too many in your life!). I wrote a post all about what I’ve been listening to throughout January and February here so if you’re interested in seeing what I’ve been thinking about lately it’s basically that! ๐ง๐
Bakery Bling: designer cookie kit

I made narwhals! ๐ฎ…well I didn’t exactly bake them as they came made and I just had to decorate them but they wouldn’t have resembled a sparkly version of narwhals had it not been for me *Pat’s self on back* ๐ There’s a post all about it here that you might enjoy because I know I sure did! ๐ณ
Good Things: moisturizer and Cleanser

During February I built up quite the collection of products by the brand Good Things and it all started with their moisturizer because it treats my skin so well! I was told I should get a cleanser after I got my eyebrows waxed (for the first time at the beginning of the month I’ll have you know, twas PAINFUL ๐) so in keeping with the brand I thought I’d try out their cleanser. If I use it before the moisturizer it works and really hydrates! ๐ I rub it into my eyebrows like crazy so that they don’t dry out and I think the rest is up to me in drinking water throughout the day ๐
Salt Lamp
We got a salt lamp and it’s so calming to just have on in the evenings! It’s really played a part in helping the mood I’ve been in that I wrote about here too which is a great relief although lately that mood hasn’t been as much under my control as it’s because of my new meds but that’s something to chat about in my March edition of this post.
Foodstuffs
This is what the bulk of this post comprises of…Food. it’s only natural as you can’t live without it ๐คท๐ prepare to drool:

My sister and I went back to the Lotus restaurant and I can’t remember for the life of me what it was that I had but there’s a photo of it so all is fine ๐ ๐ It might have been satay beef actually ๐ค I ordered a sizzling platter so it came out incredibly hot and bubbling ๐คค

I made myself at home in Costa with a hot chocolate and bacon butty (sausage on another occasion but the photo doesn’t look much different so I’ll leave it out for sake of WordPress media space, Cut backs!๐).
…It’s only just occured to me that I could have put my narwhal cookies underneath this topic but I suppose they deserve their own one ๐

This peppermint tea drink tasted so fresh & healthy! I also tried iced tea for the first time ever and it tastes really nice, it had a strong scent of honey running through it which was good as I had a sore throat and honey helps that right? ๐

My sister and I visited a place called Chopped where there were loads of veggies that you could get (you guessed it!) Chopped! I got a Ham Waldorf which had mixed leaves, celery, ham, walnuts, onion and honey mustard and it was DELICIOUS! ๐๐ฅ

Last but by no means least to arrive at the foodie station was Krispy Kreme donuts ๐คค I could shed a tear at the fact that they are all gone now but instead I choose to reminisce about their beauty! On one fateful Saturday we traveled to Blanchardstown to not only have a quick look around the shops but to go through the Krispy Kreme drive through and that was when my life changed ๐ I’ve had Krispy Kreme once before when I was over in England but I appreciated it more this time because of the journey it took to get them. I decided I just wanted original glazed as I wasn’t in the mood for anything else and they were simply marvelous ๐๐ฉ
Rick and Morty
I’ve wanted to see Rick and Morty for ages now and it’s finally happened! ๐ I’m not very far into the episodes but so far I like what I see! It’s very funny and I always look forward to having some time to myself so that I can stick it on ๐ฟ
Books that I fell escaped into

The Smoke Thieves by Sally Green, Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo and Filter this by Sophie White. I won’t say too much about these as I’m planning on writing a review on each of them (one of Filter This is definitely on the cards anyway!) but what I can say is that these three books have restored my faith in a good, clean escape ๐๐
Bath products

I had the most relaxing bath ever (and I’m not being dramatic for the sake of it, it was lovely ๐) and it was all thanks to these products all carefully laid out on my pajamas in the photo above ๐ด๐ I received both the Bloom (mandarin and lime basil) lotion, body wash and Radox Lavender explosion bath bomb as gifts for Christmas and I’m so happy that I did as I’m gonna try make them last, they’re so nice!
Lennon Stella concert

This was my Christmas present to my sister! ๐ She really likes Lennon Stella so we went to see her in the Olympia Theatre and met her afterwards! I had only heard my sister sing her songs before but surprisingly through that I realized that I know a lot of them ๐ We had a lovely time together and although I’m still in a state because it was a standing concert I am glad that I went to see how happy the whole thing made my sister ๐ซ
My sister surprised me with some flowers and chocolates to say thank you for the great time we had ๐ and needless to say there aren’t many chocolates left ๐

“Struggle” T-shirt by RVCA

I knew that I needed this t-shirt as soon as it came into view, I can’t say I completely understand what is written on it but what I do know is that it’s cool! I like how the hood + arms are grey and it’s kinda a thin material hoodie. I can tell that I’m going to be wearing it a lot! ๐
Sagamore cushion

Only I would have a cushion as a favourite ๐๐ This was a momentary splurge as I don’t usually buy decor for my room but it’s just so nice that I couldn’t leave it behind. It is a soft suede like material and I love the folds in it, it’s very detailed and intricate!
The Invisible Man
My dad and I went to see this while my mum and sister were at the Kisstory concert in the 3arena. It was one of those films that had me constantly on the edge of my seat as it went on (in the beginning I was a bit unsure so I’m glad it got more fast paced). I only had one sleepless night after watching it too because it was more of a thriller than a horror so that’s always good! ๐ The plot twist at the end shocked us both, I had NOT seen it coming when I annoyingly usually do. I’m glad I got to see it!
And that’s that! Thank YOU for reading ๐ Do we share any favourites? What stood out for you in February? Don’t be a stranger, let me know in the comments ๐ and I hope you have a lovely day! โฅ๏ธ
