Asper & Jones Peony Luxury Foaming Bath Essence Review!

Hi everyone! How are you today? 💙 It’s been a while since I wrote a product review (I admit in not doing so I feel like I’ve wasted an opportunity with many bath bombs 😂) so on a whim I have decided to share something I recently purchased in Tkmaxx HERE. Let’s see what I thought about the luxury bath essence from Asper & Jones! 🛀

Description

Indulgent foaming bath essence, specially created and enriched with moisturizers, helping to leave your skin feeling soft, smooth and delicately perfumed.

Fragrance

The scent reminds me of the peppermint bath tablets by Asquith and Somerset but it’s completely unique at the same time with the added peony which is powdery and sweet but not too overpowering.

Appearance

The bottle looks very elegant and I could have easily mistaken it for a bottle of milk….a bottle of blue milk 😐😂 The packaging is simple yet effective in getting you to pick it up and see what it’s all about.

Experience

I knew I was in for a treat after I poured the essense into running water and loads of bubbles instantly began to form! It was so calming thanks to the chamomile. The bath filled with foam and I lay there wondering if I’d poured in too much worrying that I was wasting it but there is still loads in the bottle, it goes so far!

The scent wasn’t overwhelming and although it hung in the air whilst I had the bath, it didn’t cling powerfully afterwards, just enough to make it a worthwhile product.

Bath times just got interesting! Gone are the days when the occasion marks the need to have a wash ‘n’ a shave and here come those that are wholly dedicated to self care, about bloody time I say! 🔔😂

Verdict

All in all I really love this bath essence and I don’t have a single bad thing to say about it! It did what it said it would on the bottle and more which makes it amazing for only €3.99. It left my skin feeling super soft and revitalized. I happened to enjoy it so much that I’m in a sharing mood and want my family to use and love it too (I’m a changed person! 😂).

The million dollar question is “was it luxurious like it claims to be in the name?” Yes! Yes and Yes! (All three for that one question 😐😂). It ticks that box ten times and gets a gold star to go to the top of the class ✔🌟 Long story short, it’s good! 😂

It’s going to be difficult to make this last as although I usually go between bath bombs, fizzers and essences I can’t help but reach for this now! The one thing I will say that annoys me about Tkmaxx (because you know I worship the place) is that it is incredibly rare to find the same thing twice in there which I understand has it’s pro’s (there’s always something different) so this lil beauty must be saved!
