Hi everyone! I hope you all had a lovely weekend and have found a good Monday Motivation post to boost you up for the day! π My weekend started off fun with a shopping trip with my sister on Saturday, but yesterday I could not move as my head and body was killing me because of it. However I knew that today I would like to post my Spring Skincare favourites (so I did not have to worry when I was unwell what I would write when the pain subsided) which will include one of the products I bought on Saturday! This post is to show you the 3 things that I have discovered this month that work wonders on my dry/Raynaud’s sensitive skin. They are incredibly satisfying as I don’t wear make-up and am always on the lookout for Skincare products that might work. Check out my products i use for clear skin post if you would like to see what I now use alongside the products on this post!
Vaseline intensive care spray moisturiser, essential healing.
I’m a firm believer that Vaseline (petroleum Jelly is usually the cheap alternative I have π) reduces the appearance of spots/scars and dry/sensitive skin. It does usually leave you sporting an oily look π but this Vaseline product avoids that, instead resulting in smooth and moisturised non-greasy skin. You know when you see that a Skincare range has brought out a new product and you think it has the exact same ingredients in it and they’re just trying to trick you into thinking they both do different things? (No?π..π..πΆ just me then! π) Well this is not like that at all! I wouldn’t have believed it’s Vaseline as it absorbs easily whereas for me the jelly usually doesn’t. I have a scar on my leg from when I was little that I’m always conscious of (especially now I’ve started wearing shorts), it was difficult to make it go away as i have mixed skin so it stays showing up. This spray makes my scar blend in and it’s at the point where you would have to know where to look to actually see it.
Garnier SkinActive UltraLift Complete Beauty Day Cream.
I bought this on Saturday! Ive been wanting something to reduce these lines i have on my forehead from when I get a bad headache and scrunch up my face π. I was beaming with excitement to try it! This product is said to visibly reduce wrinkles, tone and firm the feel of your skin and hydrate it! Inside the box is a strip of pictures to refer to and track your wrinkle journey! π I wouldn’t say I have wrinkles (I’m only 18!) but I can relate to one of the pictures and hope to see a difference within the 28 days I intend to apply it. The cream has definitely left my skin feeling hydrated and combats my dry skin. I think that these kind of products can be used from any age (even if they do say wrinkles) as they maintain the skin you have at the moment and keep it feeling/looking healthy.
Sanex Advanced AtopiCare Body Lotion.
I would have never thought body lotion can be used on your face too! I bought this lotion for my shoulders as they used to go dry and I no longer have to use it on them so I thought why not try it out on my face as it worked so well. To begin with I tested it on a small patch of my face and it did not react so I went all out π and I am not disappointed! I use this lotion on my face every morning alongside freederm Facial moisturizer and E45 cream and I can safely say that my skin is not getting dry/sore like it used to. I think the reason behind this working is body lotions have more components in them to help fight skin that seems to be prepared for battle against everything you use π the skin on your face is more delicate than your bodies skin so if your going to see a difference anywhere from using body lotion, I’ll bet your face won’t be hiding it ππ.
Thank you for reading! ππ Have you tried any of these products? What do you think of them? Have a lovely (Mon)day! π¬π

Yes they are incredibly good! And are well priced as well! It’s hard to find products that do what they say they will but with garnier you are definitely guaranteed it. Thank you so much for reading! π

Ohmygod our skin types sound so similar I’m so happy you wrote this post! I just looked up Raynaud’s syndrome and I relate to the symptoms (but then again that’s google diagnosing me so who knowsπ) anyways I freaking love this post and I’m definitely going to look into these products and your other post ahaπ

Things like Raynaud’s go unnoticed half the time so I reckon more people have it then they think. I’m just encouraged to wear gloves and stuff but it still hurts so i try to find creams myself for it. I’m the same with Google, it can’t be helped π thank you so much for reading! ππ

I would definitely recommend it! I got mine for the same price as a normal moisturizer and was pleasantly surprised by it, I think the spray makes it last allot longer. Thank you so much for reading! ππ

I’m feeling much better today thank you! I think with Skincare it’s all trial and error isn’t it? And then surprisingly something kind of works and I feel the need to write about it π thank you for reading! ππ
